Please join us for our monthly web gathering as we explore the ways that the Arcturian's have shown us to bring our bodies and energy fields into alignment and work with these intense energy waves that are present to stay grounded and calm.  Their answer came in several parts - a visualization with a particular shape, a vibrational pattern created by 333, and instructions on how to work with both of these things to bring my body and energy fields back into alignment. 

This month we're going to work with this system to bring ourselves into a state of balance while we pass through this erratic cosmic energy flow.  They also gave me a simple answer that I'd like to share with you about the activation of the frequencies of peace when you attune yourself to the concept of hope.
